Leche GAZA, S.L. was created in 1966 as an Agrarian Colonization Syndicate, which came to be known as the Central Lechera de Zamora. The project was conceived to serve two major functions: provide healthy and safe milk to the citizens of Zamora and to solve the pressing issue of commercializing cow milk, which in turn brought stability to farms’ financial states, operating as subsistence economies until then, as it guaranteed some fixed monthly income for hundreds of families.
Here at Gaza, we have created an integrated system of quality control for our milk, which establishes the conditions to which farms must adjust their production methods as well as the thorough controls which are carried out to ensure their compliance.
